Vaccine Hesitancy and Autoimmune Disease

FOR UPDATES and studies/research on vaccines and autoimmune disease, please scroll all the way down to “NEW FINDS” (under “RESOURCES”). Vaccine hesitancy and autoimmune disease. Yep, been dealing with it.  The struggle is real, people! I say that jokingly, but, I have lost many nights…

Hashimoto’s: Yep, I have it. Or do I…?

Hashimoto’s: Yep, I have it. Or do I…?

Hashimoto’s:  I have Hashimoto’s.  What does that even mean? Seems like a silly question, but it inspires the follow-up:  When did I choose to acquire this Hashimoto’s thing? Most of us would say oh HELL no, I would never ever dream about choosing a stupid…

Got Hashimoto’s?

Got Hashimoto’s?

We all want to live “normal” lives despite having an autoimmune disease like Hashimoto’s. We want to have that confidence and energy that we know in our hearts is possible.  Who’s with me here?

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I felt like my body had betrayed me – and it affected everything.

Strong emotions can come up for us and suddenly we feel like we can’t control anything anymore.  We start thinking that nothing we do ever helps our health.

Sadly, our current way of life has us stuck on a crazy “roller coaster” that never ends. Physical and emotional traumas are overlooked and emotions are put aside because our culture tells us to simply ignore what we are feeling. Be strong and forge ahead!

But: when you slow down and take the time to understand what’s happening below the surface of physical symptoms and start connecting your head (thoughts) to your heart (emotions) and gut (intuition)… well, that’s where the magic happens!

Having this deeper understanding of how these three key things affect our ability to heal with Hashimoto’s will allow you to become more relaxed and resilient as you learn how to choose to accept or let go of whatever comes your way.

I will be sharing with you more about this head-heart-gut connection in an upcoming talk next week.  To those of you who have already registered, thank you!

In this free online event you’ll discover:

  • How languages and our thoughts affect our health
  • The role emotions play in how we move through autoimmune disease
  • How to embrace our intuition and to relearn how to trust our instinct.

This discussion will take place on Wednesday, April 28th, at 9 am Pacific Time (12 pm Eastern).

During this event, I’ll be offering some simple exercises to help create some awareness around what we can do to heal ourselves that goes past the usual diet and lifestyle solutions.

I’ll also share my journey of living with Hashimoto’s and how I use these tools in my daily life.

You can pre-register for this free event here:

3 Keys to Living a Balanced and Energized Life With Hashimoto’s
Wednesday, April 28, 9 am PT / 12 noon ET.

Please share this with friends and family who may be on their own autoimmune journeys, even if it’s not Hashimoto’s – the information I share will be quite relevant to anyone experiencing chronic health issues!

Looking forward to seeing you on the 28th,

Sandy
